PETITION
Institutionalize Dialogue!
Dear Colleagues,
In a time of global challenges and escalating conflicts, the need for effective respect of rules and values, societal change management, and social cohesion is critical. Dialogue helps build understanding and peace by exploring conflict motivations. There is a growing demand to institutionalize dialogue as part of the security toolkit. This means incorporating dialogue into the decision-making processes of multilateral institutions and national governance.
By endorsing the “Institutionalization of Dialogue” Initiative, you contribute to:
- Enhancing multilateral diplomacy and national decision-making
- Preventing violent conflicts and extreme crimes
- Building cohesive and resilient societies
Your backing will reinforce us to implement the Initiative and help launch reflection within multilateral institutions and governments with the view to elaborate tangible measures for the operationalization of the concept.
